TERMS:
- 1. All lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
- 2. Cab9 Snowboarding requires a minimum of three people to run a group lesson. If there are insufficient numbers we reserve the right to offer a refund, or convert the booking to a private clinic, if instructors are available.
- 3. Cab9 Snowboarding are unable to offer a refund if a client does not attend a lesson or cancels a lesson due to injury or illness etc. We are however happy to write a letter for insurance purposes.
- 4. If for any reason we have to cancel lessons for reasons out of our control (piste & lift closure or adverse weather conditions) we are unable to offer a refund but will provide a letter for insurance purposes.
- 5. Cancellations - if for any reason you need to cancel a lesson, Cab9 Snowboarding is happy to offer you a 75% refund if this cancellation is more than one month before the start date of your lesson. We will offer you a 50% refund if we are notified of the cancellation between a week and a month before your lesson start date. Unfortunately we cannot refund monies for lessons if you give us less than a week’s notice. We will provide a letter / proof of cancellation for insurance purposes.
- 6. We reserve the right to adjust group lesson sizes where we feel necessary.
- 7. Cab9 Snowboarding and its instructors are all covered by professional insurance. All clients snowboarding with Cab9 Snowboarding must have adequate snowsport accident insurance. Please ensure you have a copy of your insurance cover on your person at all times.
- 8. Privacy Policy. Cab9 Snowboarding is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will not be shared, rented or sold to a third party for any purposes. We may collect and store the following personal information:- email address, physical contact and holiday information. We may use your email address to send promotional information for Cab9 Snowboarding. We will not store your financial information.
