There’s nothing quite like getting away from the crowds, finding untracked snow and exploring new areas.
We love backcountry snowboarding, and our off-piste and splitboard snowboard guiding sessions mean we can share these experiences with you. From lift-accessed terrain to splitboarding, our snowboard tours guide you off-piste. Taking you on adventures away from the crowds to see what the great 3 Valleys really have to offer.
Here at Cab9 Freeride school, we can offer all types of off piste coaching, guiding and instruction. Our coach Jono Stevens competes on the Freeride World Qualifier series and can offer coaching for first time off piste snowboarders to competition level riders.
With a vast knowledge of the 3 Valleys and experience riding off piste around the world Jono will be sure to help you find the best spots and make the most of your days on the mountain. Freeride techniques, safety tips and learning how to spot the best lines are all part of what’s expected from a day out freeriding.
Whether you are looking for intensive elite level coaching, off piste experiences, guiding days or want to push your own off piste snowboarding level we can definitely help you out.
If it’s your first time off piste snowboarding or you are a more experienced off-piste rider, we can take you to the most suitable terrain. Wide open mellow powder fields, steep couloirs or epic tree runs are all on the agenda.
Throughout our off-piste and splitboarding snowboard tours we’ll also offer advice on techniques, line choice and always provide safety guidance.
Sessions are available from 3 hours to full days
